Delivery and Shipping

1. Origin and Discretion

Our products are shipped from our logistics center in Germany. Shipments to mainland France benefit from the free movement of goods within the European Single Market. Packages are neutral, with no brand or content indication.

2. Rates and Timeframes

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Here are the estimated delivery times:

3. Right to Delay (Art. L216-2)

The maximum delivery time is 30 days. If delivery is not made by the agreed date or at the latest 30 days after the order, the Customer may terminate the contract by registered letter or durable written form if, after requesting House of Seeds to deliver within a reasonable additional period, the delivery has not been made.

4. DOM-TOM

Deliveries to DOM-TOM (Guadeloupe, Martinique, Guyana, Réunion, Mayotte) are subject to Octroi de Mer and local VAT, payable by the recipient upon receipt.

5. Tracking and Absence

Once shipped, a tracking number is sent to you by email. In case of absence, the package may be left at the post office or a pickup point (held for collection). You generally have 10 to 15 days to collect it before it is returned to the sender.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If the package is marked "delivered" but not received, or if it arrives damaged: contact us within 48 hours at info@house-of-seeds.de. For damages, take photos of the packaging before opening. See our Return Policy.
