Return and Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal (Art. 52 D.Lgs. 206/2005)

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing any explanation. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you or a third party acquires physical possession of the products.

2. Fundamental Exceptions (Art. 59)

Pursuant to Art. 59, paragraph 1, letter e) of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded for sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons or related to health protection and have been opened after delivery.

Since cannabis seeds are sensitive organic products, returns are accepted only if the original packaging is intact and the warranty seal has not been removed or tampered with.

3. Return Procedure

To exercise the right, write to info@house-of-seeds.de indicating the order number. You will receive instructions for shipping the return to our warehouse in Germany. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

4. Refund Times

After receiving and verifying the product's integrity, we will proceed with a full refund (including standard delivery costs) within 14 days. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
