1. 18+ Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from house-of-seeds.co.uk. By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age to purchase these products.
2. Challenge 25 Policy
In compliance with UK best practices for age-restricted sales, we operate a strict Challenge 25 policy. If you appear to be under the age of 25, or if our automated systems flag your details for review, we will require satisfactory proof of age before dispatching your order.
3. Third-Party Verification
We use secure third-party age verification services to validate your identity and age in the background during checkout. This process checks public records and databases. It does not affect your credit score.
4. Manual ID Check
If the automated check cannot verify your age, we will pause your order and request a valid form of government-issued identification. Acceptable forms of ID include:
- Current Passport
- Valid UK Driving Licence (Full or Provisional)
- National ID Card (bearing a photo and date of birth)
Please send a clear photo of your ID to info@house-of-seeds.de quoting your order number.
5. Failed Verification & Refunds
If you cannot provide valid proof of age, or if we determine you are under 18:
- Your order will be cancelled immediately.
- We will refund your payment, minus a handling fee to cover the direct costs of the verification check and transaction processing fees.
We take our responsibility to prevent underage sales seriously and will not make exceptions.
