1. Seller Identity and Definitions

This website house-of-seeds.it is operated by Weedo Lifestyle & Media GmbH (hereinafter "Seller"), with registered office in Germany, Machtlfinger Str. 21, 81379 München, registered in the Commercial Register HRB 238298, VAT number DE316809168. Email: info@house-of-seeds.de.

Pursuant to Art. 49 of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), these Terms govern the sale of products to customers acting as consumers.

2. Subject of the Contract: Collectible Seeds

House of Seeds sells cannabis seeds exclusively as collectible items and for genetic preservation. In accordance with D.P.R. 309/1990, these seeds do not contain THC and are not classified as narcotic substances.

Safeguard Clause DL 48/2025: The Customer acknowledges that Decree-Law 48/2025 prohibits the trade of hemp flowers, extracts, and resins. Our products are strictly limited to seeds and are not subject to this ban. Cultivation remains illegal in Italy; the Seller disclaims any liability for unlawful use.

3. Contract Formation and Prices

The order sent by the Customer constitutes a contractual offer. The contract is concluded only upon receipt of the Order Confirmation by email. All prices are in Euro (€), including VAT and applicable taxes. Shipping costs are clearly indicated before payment.

4. Shipping and Transfer of Risk

Products are shipped from Germany. Pursuant to Art. 63 of the Consumer Code, the risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the Customer at the moment the Customer takes physical possession of the goods.

5. Legal Warranty of Conformity

The Customer is entitled to a legal warranty of 2 years (24 months) for any conformity defects (Arts. 128-135 septies of the Consumer Code). Any defects must be reported within the legal terms to obtain free restoration of conformity.

6. Right of Withdrawal

The Customer has 14 days to withdraw from the purchase. Limitations apply for sealed organic products. Please consult the Return Policy for full details.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content (trademarks, texts, photographs) is owned by Weedo Lifestyle & Media GmbH. Any unauthorized use will be legally pursued.

8. Dispute Resolution (ODR/ADR)

The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform (ODR), accessible at the following link: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. For any legal dispute, the competent court is that of the consumer’s residence or domicile if located in Italy.
