Access and purchase on house-of-seeds.it are strictly reserved for individuals who have reached the 18th year of age.

1. Verification Procedure

At the time of site access and order completion, the Customer is required to self-certify their age of majority. House of Seeds uses indirect verification systems and reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity at any time. Accepted documents are:

• Valid Identity Card
• Passport
• Driver's License

2. Legal Consequences

Providing false information about one's identity or age constitutes a violation of our Terms and Conditions and may constitute the crime of Identity Theft (Art. 494 Penal Code) or False Statement. If an order is found to be placed by a minor, House of Seeds will immediately cancel the contract, report to the competent authorities if necessary, and refund the amount minus administrative handling fees.

3. Parental Responsibility

We encourage parents to monitor minors' browsing through filtering software. House of Seeds assumes no responsibility for purchases made by minors through fraudulent use of third-party payment credentials.
